king-of-music asked: Hi! :) I just got a letter today from VT, about the corps of cadets and it made me miss wearing a uniform. I was in JROTC for 4 years, Army JROTC to be exact. My last position was Brigade Commander, C/COL Marina Ham. Haha. I was thinking of applying to this institution though I am only in my first year of college, would it be better to wait 2 years? Or just try to get accepted by next fall, Fall...
