I was on campus today with Albert for a video/photo shoot and we decided to stick around the Drill Field to get some photos of students during class changes to use in future photo slide shows or Web features. I took more than 200 pictures and then pulled out about 10 of my favorites. This photo is of a student who obviously is a member of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets. We do a lot of video work in our department, but not a lot of photography, because the university has a brilliant photography staff. However, we are broadening our horizons and it’s nice to be able to go out and take some quick photos to help us tell the awe-inspiring stories about Virginia Tech and how we’re making a difference in today’s world.
