ICTAS II Research building certified Gold by U.S. Green Building Council Virginia Tech’s Institute for Critical Technology and Applied Science has been awarded a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold certification for its ICTAS II building. Donors contributed millions toward the building. ICTAS II is the second building on Virginia Tech’s campus to achieve the Gold certification.
